  • Abstract
    Two transformer-based laminated core models are proposed and prototyped for determining the exciting power (or/and specific total iron loss) occurred at the joints and the silicon steel lamination, and some measured and calculated results are presented in the paper. The product-level models also can be used to investigate the over-saturation and the relevant electromagnetic behavior of power transformer core in detail.
