Abstract :
A data center, which is based on a synthesized data model, has been built for application systems to share data in Fujian Electric Power Company (FEPC). But for some reasons, it can not well satisfy the demands of system integration. In this paper, the requirements of system integration for FEPC are analyzed. With respect to the requirements, a bottom-up three layer architecture data exchange platform (DXP), which can provide a reliable data transmission, a general data access and a secure data sharing, is developed. The DXP is an instance of a hybrid topic and content based pub/sub system, it can give data access by topic and content simultaneously. Compared with some other popular products, the DXP has acquired notable performances in FEPC. Application results show that it can also be used to solve the "information island" problem in other enterprises.
