  • Abstract
According to idea of State Grid that “replacing batteries is primary, charging is complementary, charging concentrated, distributing unified ”, when the charging station can replace the battery was settled, reasonable plans for the distribution of the large battery charging station directly relate to distribution cost of the store´s battery. In this paper, supposing the position of each store and the power can be replaced is known, in order to determine the position of the charging station, set up with the minimum power distribution from the aim of function, according to the electricity which the charging station supply to the stores, using gravity method calculating the position of the charging station, take the ownership of the stores to the charging station as particles to encode, using discrete particle swarm algorithm for the distribution of power optimization, through an example simulation results prove the calculation method of this paper can be a good way to solve in the planning of sitting the charging station.
