Abstract :
We create two Ad hoc network models to run the OLSR and analyze the performance of MPR algorithm after introducing the concept of OLSR and MPR. One modal adopts default MPR algorithm given by RFC3626, the other one optimizes the MPR algorithm by changing the parameter ´Willingness´ of parts of nodes´ OLSR in terms of the networks topology. The result proves that the optimized OLSR enhances the efficiency of the MPR algorithm mostly. Acquires smaller MPRs quickly and reduces the routing flooding obviously.
