Abstract :
A compact monopulse comparator has been designed to operate from 8 GHz to 12 GHz. This new design is based on the direct connection of two Lange couplers, which eliminates the need for any transmission line for connection between the Lange couplers. This reduces any reflections due to mismatches and dispersion of the transmission lines and makes the circuit more compact
