Abstract :
Insulation is deteriorated gradually and leads to failure because itpsilas often exposed in the electric field, moisture, high temperature, mechanical stress and so on. Lifetime models study of electrical insulation is always a hot topic studied by researchers all over the world. In this paper, firstly, we reviewed some of the insulation life models used currently. And then an electrical-thermal aging test is used in oil-paper, the Weibull distribution is used to lifetime statistic. Several models were used to fit test data and calculate the lifetime, finally, the fittest life model was found after analyzing and comparing thee oil-paper insulation models.
