Abstract :
According to present situation of Fenhe River basin water environment, the hydrologic stations of main stream of Fenhe River, Lancun, Yitang, Chaizhuang were studied as the primary control section. The ecological water demand was calculated with the Tennant Law to figure out the required supplementary water obtained from the “Yellow River Diversion Project” and “Diversion from Qin to Fen Project” to ensure the minimum ecological condition at different frequencies. It will provide scientific basis for the reasonable dispatch of water resources and the ecosystem restoration of Fenhe River.
