Abstract :
To ensure the water supply security and ecological security in Qaidam national circular economy pilot zones and to take a new development path of circular economy in Qinghai province, according to the new situation and new problems during the rapid development in Qaidam Basin, the amount, quality, distribution, the exploit situation and water supply demands of water resources in Qaidam Basin is figured out, the optimal allocation model of water resources in Qaidam circular economy pilot is constructed, and corresponding computer software is developed. The analysis results of water resources supply and demand under different scenarios, different combinations of programs, and different years can be shown by this model. All these will provide important decision for the coordinated and sustainable development and the construction of water supply security system for Qaidam national circular economy pilot zones of Qinghai Province, China.
