Abstract :
Various numerical techniques have been applied towards such structures and numerous hybrids and MMICs have been designed utilising coplanar waveguide structures. In January 1993, most of the activities started at the University of Duisburg were focused and re-organised within the IMST (Institut fur Mobil und Satellitenfunktechnik). This paper gives today´s state-of-the-art in CAD, numerical analysis and circuit design of coplanar structures within the IMST. There is also a strong CPW circuit design activity at the IMST
