Abstract
An inductively and capacitively loaded coplanar waveguide structure is proposed to produce a slow-wave effect. The effect is measured using resonator technique and a reduction factor of 1.8 in phase velocity has been obtained using the particular circuit given. The loaded structure has also been shown experimentally to have less radiation
