Abstract
This paper presents an electronically tunable biquadratic filter and a third order quadrature oscillator using current controlled differential voltage current conveyors and grounded capacitors. The proposed circuits are electronically tunable versions of recent analog functions and use only grounded capacitors, thus making them integrable. The PSPICE simulation results, using the TSMC MOSIS 0.25μm CMOS process parameters and the supply voltages of ±1.25V, are also depicted to validate the practical utility of the proposed circuits.
