Abstract :
In order to estimate & evaluate the macroscopic scale of power transmission & distribution network, transforming capacity, the number of substations, line-length and the number of loops are put forward as scale indexes to describe the planning scale; social electricity consumption, highest load, population, and so on, are put forward as influence factors of the scale indexes. The rule of correlation between scale indexes and their leading influence factors is analyzed with grey theory based on data in statistical yearbooks. And by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-based method, integrated estimation & evaluation model are built up to make reasonable quantitative estimation of transmission & distribution network macroscopic scale of some district in Hunan province in China. The sound result shows that it is a meaningful research on estimating transmission & distribution network macroscopic scale.
