Abstract :
First of all the properties of the GE-semigroup is discussed by using Laplace transformation. And then exact controllability, exact null controllability and approximate controllability of singular distributed parameter control system are discussed via functional analysis and the theory of GE-semigroup in Hilbert space, necessary and sufficient conditions concerning the exact controllability, exact null controllability and approximate controllability are given. This research is theoretically important for studying the controllability of the singular distributed parameter control systems.
