The research about the water environment protection and low carbon fishery development

Water pollution governance, water environment protection, is one of the measures of sustainable development strategy taken by China. This article utilizes basic theory and method of sociology and management, In brief, the theoretical connotation of the low carbon fishery, the relationship of the water environmental protection and the development of fishery in low carbon, etc have been discussed. And it proposed low carbon fishery policy based on water environmental protection. There by, fishery plays a special role in the protection of water environment, water pollution reduction and water environment protection, it guarantees the important role which water resources play in the sustainable development of social economy.
