Abstract :
The GPOF method, along with an interpolation routine, is used to calculate the complex image of the Green´s function with reduced computational effort. This method takes advantage of the smoothly varying nature of the complex images of the Green´s function in multi-layered media to accelerate the computation of the Green´s function.
