Abstract :
This paper illustrate the Contents of Composition, Role, and Result about PRT Propulsion System´s Test Apparatus. The PRT (Personal Rapid Transit) which is New Transit System driven by Automatic Remote Control System in Rail, and has a feature that user request vehicle then reach to destination in time. The PRT Propulsion System is consists of Linear Motor to move vehicle by Physical Force and Motor Control Unit called Inverter with Controller to drive Propulsion System. In this paper, The PRT Propulsion System´s Test Apparatus is proposed to verify Linear Motor´s Dynamic Property and to apply Control Algorithm of Linear Motor with Power Conversion Unit. Also, it is applied easily to verify PRT Propulsion System´s performance by User´s Interface Software in real-time.
