Abstract :
The behavioral result of the creative design depends on the system of the innovation cooperation with different enterprises in different economic sectors. It´s useful to avoid the creative failure effectively which may lead to the misunderstanding of the innovation risk for lack of the creative cooperation. The correlation innovation format is a form of professional information management for the creative design industry to solve the problem of enterprises resource architecture. This paper discusses the formation mechanism of innovation cooperation networks from the aspects of the theoretical basis and the structure elements of innovation system, as well as the standard of evaluation system based on the cooperation architecture process. We try to expound the interaction process between creative design and resource-based enterprises, the logic model for qualitative evaluation, and the evaluation method of the correlation innovation cooperation in order to construct a sustainable `feedback´ mechanism which is helpful for the production and trade enterprises to become more competitive by the information resources management.
