Abstract :
A new Master of Engineering (MEng) course in electronic systems from the University of Ulster has been developed in association with the Fachhochschulen at Augsburg and Kempten in Bavaria in Germany. This course has come about as a result of the experience gained from existing student exchange schemes under the EC ERASMUS program. Selection of students is made at the end of the third year (or sixth semester) of the BEng or Dipl-Ing degree. Completion of the MEng takes a further two years with the final year being common for all students
