  • Abstract
    In this paper, the model of ultrasonic testing robot kinematics for the scroll-type profile is established, and the pose error compensation technology of detection robot is studied deeply. By the experimental verification, it is validated that the method can detect the internal defects of Scroll profile effectively. In addition, the non-contact scanning measurement of scroll-type Profile can be achieved based on inspection robot. Once this method is applied successfully in practice, not only the product quality and reliability of scroll compressor is improved, but also the theoretical and practical support for full inspection of the product is provided.
