Abstract :
Electricity market business management system (EMBMS) is a key secondary system in electric power dispatching and trading center, and it is necessary to apply the security defense to EMBMS. According to the regulation of the China Power Grid Company, The network structure and application system of typical EMBMS are analyzed in detail, the security requirements of EMBMS and security menace that the EMBMS is faced with are studied, the system security defence policy for EMBMS, including adopting secure operating system (OS), the security strategies for database, application software, fault-tolerant and disaster recovery, security partitioning, authentication and encryption, and security audit are proposed.
