  • Abstract
    This paper establishes a math model of cost-benefit data envelopment analysis based on service capacity evaluation issue of E-commerce system, and presents it as the E-commerce capability evaluation method. This evaluation method based on the basic thinking of DEA. Finally, it verifies the validity and practicality of this model through taking the actual operation of e-commerce service platform as an example.
