Abstract :
Pb2+ is selected as pollutant to study its adsorption characteristics on the sediments (clay, silt, fine sand, medium sand and coarse sand) at Weihe River and to discuss the effects of temperature and pH on adsorption. The results show that the isothermal adsorption curves of Pb2+ on the sediments of clay, silt, fine sand, medium sand and coarse sand at Weihe River are all in line with the Langmuir equation and the MBC is 770, 455, 400, 289.5, 79.3 mg/kg respectively; the order of the adsorption capacity is clay>;silt>;fine sand>;medium sand>;coarse sand and the maximum adsorption quantity of Pb2+ on clay is 21g/kg; the adsorption quantity of Pb2+ increases with the rising of temperature and pH.
