Abstract :
Based on hybrid control theory, this paper introduces an integrated control strategy of voltage and reactive power in substation. This strategy adopts the hierarchical balance optimization of reactive power and improves the traditional "nine-area diagram" control method. The new hybrid control strategy not only solves the oscillating problem caused by the change of transformer taps and shunt capacitors switching, but also responses the global optimal control command of reactive power in time. The simulations have proved the validity of the HAVC strategy.
