Abstract :
The treatment of high salt oily waste water is a hot point in the research of water treatment for it contains large amount of salinity and organic pollutants. Biological treatment is an ideal way with characteristics of being economic, efficient and harmless. In this paper we separated and purified the superior strains of halophilic bacteria from SBR bioreactor in the treatment of high salt oily waste water, and used the molecular biological method named 16srDNA technique to identify them. The result may have an insight in to the bio-mechanism of biochemical treatment of high salt oily waste water, also can establish groundwork of biofortification of SBR reactor treatment.
