Abstract
An analysis method was established by using GC to detect the adipic acid in the air and water of working place. The adipic acid in the air is adsorbed by 0.01mol/L NaOH, soured by 0.05mol/L HCl. The adipic acid in the water is soured by 0.05mol/L HCl. Then the adipic acid is extracted by the ethyl acetate. After derivatization of hexamethyl disilazane(HMDS), the target thing can be detected by GC-FID. The linear range of this method is between 2-100μg/mL, the limit of detection is 7μg/m3 and 1μg/L respectively. The sensitivity and precision meet the analysis requirements.
