  • Abstract
    A simple decimation filter based on the CIC filter and a sine compensator is presented. The design parameters are the number K of cascaded CIC filters and the parameter b defining the coefficient of the compensator filter. The proposed filter performs decimation efficiently using only additions/subtractions making it attractive for software radio (SWR) applications.
