Abstract :
The typical transient field measurement systems suffer from improper amplification of the received signals. The proposed scheme uses digital delays to compare signals amplified with different gains simultaneously, and then selects the proper gain for amplification of any signals. A prototype set-up is designed and fabricated to verify the concept.
