Abstract :
This work presents an application of method of moments (MoM) with Rao-Wilton- Glisson (1982) basis functions to analysing planar multi-port microstrip structures. The frequency dependent characteristics of the single open-circuit stub attached to a transmission line and a two-gap filter are derived. The numerical results are compared to these existing measurement data. A very good agreement is obtained from the comparison. As the Green´s functions in closed form are used, the analysis is quite fast and efficient.
