Abstract :
At many industrial automatization processes, measurement and control installations and also at network PCs it is necessary to supply different types of electrical devices with voltage level between certain admissible limits. It is very important that the voltage level not to be depended by external variations such as: supply voltage, frequency and load. Therefore, a new device based on a data acquisition board has been proposed. This new device allow to maintain the output voltage from power transformers between admissible limits both at voltage increasing or decreasing. The voltage acquisition, analysis and output control signals is achieved using a data acquisition board programmed with the LabVIEW software. The prototype has been tested at load variation and input voltage variation on power transformer side. In both situations the new device has maintained the voltage level between admissible limits.
