Abstract
This paper took Fujian province for example, established a suitable model for the indicators evaluation of Fujian regional economic and environmental coordinated development, on this basis, a comprehensive evaluation of economic and environmental coordinated development of Fujian regions in recent years was made. Results showed as follows: From the economic and environmental development classes, we can see that throughout 2007 and 2009 economic and environmental development level is not high around the cities in Fujian Province, most of which are in or between the brink of disorder recession class and Moderate disorder recession class. Xiamen has the best coordinated development level in Fujian, only stays in primary coordinated state. As for the economic and environmental development types, a total of 5 cities´ coordinated development types are synchronous in Fujian Province in 2007, and 4 cities are the economic delay type. In 2009, there are 3 cities belonging to synchronous type in Fujian Province, 5 cities are the economic delay type and 1 city is environment delay type.
