  • Abstract
Because leakage accident of transportable toxicant has its characteristics such as great harmfulness and widely poisoning area, thus physicochemical properties of toxicant, toxicant leakage, leaking time, leaking speed are fully considered in the article. The hemisphere diffusion theory is used to analyse the diffusion orbit and define the diffusion areas of the transportable toxicant. With the disaster rescues for fire forces, on the premise that the rescue combat time, area and countermeasure are scientifically established, fire brigade combat command and decision is defined when the leakage traffic accident is happened. These will provide scientific foundation for fire forces to organize personnel evacuation and deal with the leakage accident of toxicant.
