Ecological economics environment policy in China´s Gansu Province

This paper use the methods of relative carrying capacity of resources. The relative carrying capacity of natural re-sources, relative carrying of economic resources and synthetic carrying capacity of resources of Gansu Provinces from 2001 to 2008, have been calculated, their evolutionary have been described. Thus conclusions were drawn: (1) Load conditions in Gansu Province since 2003 was abundant. (2) the integrated capacity of the overload situation with the relative resources in various regions of Gansu Province has a certain stability characterizes of the dynamic change.
