Abstract :
This paper presents a Matlab program for the simulation of the direct-on-line starting of a three-phase asynchronous motor. The program, conceived on the basis of the mathematical model written in the two-axes theory, allows to study the influences of the inertia moment and resistant torque upon the dynamic regime analyzed. To confirm these simulations, there has been used a data acquisition system having a high sampling frequency. The paper ends with conclusions emerged from the analysis of the simulations.
