Abstract :
Risk assessment of ship´s oil spill is researched in the paper. Firstly hazard identification is described. Secondly the hazard level is determined. Thirdly likelihood of risk is analyzed. Fourthly consequence of risk is evaluated. Lastly numerical example of Dalian port is applied to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. In this paper, the fuzzy transform and principle of maximum membership degree is proposed for likelihood of ship´s oil spill risk and sensitive index for consequence of ship´s oil spill risk.
