Abstract :
In this paper, the chaos in fractional-order neutral delay differential equation (NDDE) with fractional-order is discussed. Two different values of fractional-order are considered in the investigated system. Based on the chaotic NDDE system, we realize spread secure communications. Finally, fractional and integer-order neutral differential chaotic systems are compared in communication, and the simulation results certify that the performance of the fractional neutral differential chaotic system is much better.
