  • Abstract
    We present an electronic system whose architecture follows a neural fuzzy structure for computing a fuzzy c-means process in parallel. The electronic design in this work is oriented towards building an analog prototype employing standard integrated circuits in bipolar technology and a floating-gate nMOS transistor array. Estimation of the electrical performance of the building blocks in this system is carried out by simulation in PSpice
