Abstract :
The paper develops a monitoring, control and alarming solution of the temperature and humidity by the help of a controller, for the isolated spaces intended for the telecommunication equipments (shelter). This ensures a significant decrease of the electricity consumption and also a decrease of the management costs which are very high nowadays.
