  • Abstract
Paper discusses widely tunable multiplexers based on multi-reflector filtering approach. It implements novel wide CMOS-compatible silicon-on-insulator heterogeneous waveguides with thermo-optic phase shifters. Structure design has been performed by numerical modeling by BPM and FDTD methods. Device could be used for flexible redirection of multi-hundreds tunable wavelength channels in fiber optic telecommunications.
