Abstract :
Computing with words is an important aspect of soft computing. In this paper, a synthetic language system is built. This system is a tool for transforming natural language to computer language. The framework of the system and some definitions about the system are introduced, including synthetic language system, linguistic variable, modifier, conjunction, negation, quantifier, rules, etc
