Abstract :
μ-synthesis robust control problem of a BLDCM is studied. It is pointed out that the BLDCM control problem is really a μ-synthesis robust performance design problem, the problem with both robust stability and performance requirements of the bandwidth and other performances optimization. It is also suggested that the design of the robust performance can be formulated as a μ-synthesis problem, if the uncertainty weighting function and the performance weighting function to system bandwidth and disturbance attenuation are revised appropriately. The μ-synthesis robust PI controllers are solved. Compared with conventional H∞ design method, it pointed out that the BLDCM μ-synthesis robust control system designed in this paper, the PI controller structure is simple, easy to adjust, small overshoot and without increasing the cost for existing equipment. The results show that the proposed method is efficient and feasible.
