Abstract :
The development and construction of Longdong energy base has a great strategic significance for the economic development of Gansu province, but the region´s geological environment is extremely fragile. Implementing some geological environment protection projects are prerequisites if we want to achieve the sustainable development of the energy base. This article analyzed the geological and environmental problems, studied the geological environment protection projects, and put up some strategies and recommendations for the region´s geological environment protection.
