Abstract
The semantic relations define the semantic structure of a natural language database. These relations are the links in the network of words and phrases. This paper outlines the problems in dealing with such structures and proposes fuzzification of semantic relations in order to capture the broad diversity in the usage of language in its form and meaning. One important variable used in the fuzzy functions is the context. Since multiple contexts exist at any given in many cases, the fuzzy functions provide a framework in which most appropriate meaning can be drawn at a particular time in space
