Abstract :
Environmental supervision was carried out for the wastewater treatment and reuse project in College M. Applying side stand method, designs of the project including security management, electrical safety, environmental protection measures, and construction assurance were reviewed. Related products quality certifications, self-review reports, engineering test reports, materials/equipments and their parts inspection data were checked. It was found that nearly all of the stages of the construction met the environmental protection requirement, which had been certificated by Xi´an Environmental Monitoring Station. However, large amounts of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide were used in wastewater treatment process. In order to insure the safety of operating person, strict regulations for the use and storage of these dangerous chemicals should be draw up. It provided a reference for similar supervision project.
