Abstract :
The video retrieval is an important component of the personalized information service system. In this paper, a few video retrieval problems are studied at the view of affective content recognition. Based on the unascertained theory, the relation between low-level video emotion features and highlevel cognitive emotion is established, and a novel algorithm about video scene emotion type recognition, which is based on the unascertained measure, is proposed. The algorithm consists of two parts. Firstly, the sub-module of low-level video emotion feature extraction introduces the emotion feature extraction sub-models of the video scene brightness, shot cut rate and color efficacy. Secondly, the sub-module of video emotion determination includes the unascertained measure emotion matrix of video scene and video emotion type recognition submodel. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and achieves more than 80 percent accuracy.
