Abstract :
An efficient and accurate parameter extraction proposed for characterizing complex problems of the nonradiative dielectric waveguide. The transmission line matrix algorithm with a sequence of complex frequency modulated impulse excitation is used to simulate resonator structures with ohmic and dielectric losses. The accuracy of the theoretical results is compared with other solutions and experiments
