Abstract :
The original method of fields´ interpolation between points of a discretization grid in the model of an electron beam is described. In contrast to known methods (nearest grid point, clouds in cell, etc.), interpolation by polynoms with smoothing is used here, which is carried out between points of a four-dimension space-time cell. Polynoms of the first order and the method of least squares are used. This permits one to reduce space and time fluctuations of fields in the transient (time-dependent) model
