Abstract :
In this study, a new voltage-input current-output membership function circuit (MFC) is proposed. The characteristics of this MFC are easily adjustable and it is suitable for current-mode fuzzy hardware. That the output characteristics of this building block have the feature of excellent linearity in wide range is an important advantage of this MFC circuit. This circuit design is CMOS-based and its operations have been confirmed by PSPICE simulations.
