Abstract
In this paper the simulation of various types of electromagnetic stirrers inside a reverberation chamber is presented. Several different stirrer designs and sizes are compared against each other, and the influence of the stirrer axis orientation (vertical versus horizontal) within the chamber is shown. Three-dimensional electrical field integral equation based method of moment full-wave simulations in the frequency domain are used for the analysis of the performance of the different configurations.
