Abstract
In this work, we present the design of a time-resolved Diffuse Optical Tomography system based on wide-field illumination and wide-field hyperspectral detection for fast, quantitative, high-resolution 3D turbid media imaging. Phantom studies are conducted to establish the feasibility of this novel instrumental paradigm.
