Abstract :
Feature representation of visual information is one of core research topics in computer vision and image understanding. In this paper, we review four holistic feature representation algorithms, and simulate the performance for each algorithm with experiments on Image SUN DataBase in details. Discussions on holistic feature representation are presented, which give some insights into future research on scene understanding and classification.
